Shipping policy

• Orders typically ship within a few days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Bike Culture currently only ships to New Zealand addresses.

• We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

• We accept no responsibility if your items are damaged during the transit. We will do our best to ensure your items are packaged safe to ensure they have the best chance to get to you safe.

• Shipping costs for bikes are on a case by case basis. If you want to purchase a new bike and have it sent to you, please get in touch for more information.

• Rural Delivery

  If your delivery address is rural, please make sure you select the Rural Shipping option at checkout.

  If an order is placed using standard shipping and the address is identified as rural when we process it, the Bike Culture team will get in touch and send through an invoice for the additional rural delivery charge.

  Selecting the correct shipping option at checkout helps us get your order packed and on its way without any delays.
