KMC - X12L SHIMANO

The KMC X Series chains are developed on decades of drivetrain R&D expertise, integrating advanced engineering and manufacturing innovations. Designed specifically for Shimano and Campagnolo 12-speed drivetrain systems, the X-Bridge structure features optimized chamfering and a widened inner bridge to ensure precise, stable shifting across a wide range of gear combinations and chainline conditions. This design enhances overall drivetrain compatibility while improving shifting efficiency and reliability.

Combined with KMC’s GO innovative wax-based formula and a specialized wax treatment process, the chain delivers low-friction performance straight out of the box. This treatment significantly improves pedaling efficiency while doubling durability compared to conventional lubrication methods. Unlike oil-lubricated chains, wax-treated chains resist dirt and debris adhesion, reducing abrasive wear, simplifying maintenance, and extending the service life of both the chain and the entire drivetrain—ultimately lowering long-term maintenance costs.

KMC - X FLAT CHAIN - SRAM

Flat-Top chains are specifically designed for modern 12/13-speed drivetrains and are characterized by their distinctive flat top profile. This design allows for a narrower chain while still providing high strength and durability.

Flat-Top chains are exclusively compatible with SRAM's 12-speed AXS drivetrains or Transmission/T-Type. They are not compatible with other 12-speed systems or older SRAM groups.

Compatible with all SRAM 12-/13-speed derailleur systems using flat-top chains
